• Confirm all final content before publishing. Once approved, ongoing changes may incur additional fees.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You receive rights to use the final delivered page and assets after full payment has been completed.

We retain ownership of development frameworks, templates, design structures, and underlying code used to build the website.

We may showcase non-private completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.
• In projects requiring installments, work may pause until payment is received.
• Digital services are non-refundable after project work has begun or assets have been delivered.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in service suspension and legal recovery action.

6. Revisions & Additional Work

Each service plan includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions, redesigns, or feature requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

7. Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Tools

We do not control external tools used for hosting, domains, email, fonts, or integrations. All third-party services operate under their own terms.

Any fees for hosting, domains, email services, or external software are paid separately by the client unless otherwise stated.

8. Website Performance & Marketing Results

While we design for conversion and performance, we do not guarantee business results, ranking, revenue, or visitor outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageSites is not liable for loss of income, damages, data loss, downtime, or results arising from website use or service delivery.

Use of this website is at your own risk.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a user violates policies, abuses services, fails to pay, or behaves unlawfully or disrespectfully.

Upon termination, completed work remains our property until full balance is paid.
